Andrea Gardner

Andrea Gardner is the Deputy Director at the Toledo Museum of Art. She holds an M.A. in Ancient Art History from the University of Texas at Austin, and she is responsible for overseeing the Exhibitions, Curatorial, Conservation, and Registration/Library Archives departments at TMA. She is in charge of the Museum’s reinstallation project, the first of its kind in over 40 years at TMA. She has several publications and panel presentations to her name, including a contribution to “Museum Registration Methods 6th Edition” (2020) and a panel discussion for the Associate of Registrars and Collections Specialists conference titled, “Old Loans: Out of Sight, Out of Mind,” (2017). She is also a former adjunct art history professor at the University of Toledo.
