Prakash Karamchandani is a visionary entrepreneur, foodie, and technology enthusiast who co-founded Balance Pan-Asian Grille, a nationally acclaimed fast-casual concept redefining Asian fusion dining through innovation, sustainability, and a data-driven approach.

Recognized as one of the Most Influential Restaurant CEOs by Nation’s Restaurant News (2023), Karamchandani has consistently pushed the boundaries of the fast-casual industry. He was named to Fast Casual’s Top 24 Fast Casual Executives, while Balance Grille ranked 33rd on the Top 100 Movers and Shakers list—earning the distinction as the highest-ranked Asian fast-casual brand in the U.S. In 2022, Balance was also featured on QSR Magazine’s 40/40 list of America’s most exciting fast-casual brands.

Beyond the restaurant space, Karamchandani is pioneering the future of sustainable food production. In 2019, he launched Balance Farms, an urban aquaponic farm that supplies hyper-fresh produce year-round to Balance Grille locations and local partners.

Karamchandani holds a degree in finance from the University of Toledo, where he met his business partner and co-founder of Balance Grille.
